Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

The product is damaged upon delivery.

The wrong item has been delivered.

Return will be accepted within 24 hours

2. Non-Returnable Items

Perishable items like eggs, fruits, and vegetables are non-returnable unless damaged.

Chocolates and oils can only be returned if sealed and unused.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are issued only for eligible returns after inspection and approval.

Refunds will be credited via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Return Shipping

Customers must return non-perishable items at their own expense unless the product is defective.
